Sonikshop as an ecommerce website offers the variety of consumer-oriented products including, but not limited to Vehicle DVR, CCTV Cameras, Rear view monitor, Parking sensors, Rear view cameras, dashcams, Wi-Fi-enabled cameras, location trackers etc. for vehicles and other property. The company also builds and manages the software platform that supports its live GPS products through smartphones, tablets and computers. The GPS platform is accessible to those who have purchased a Sonik GPS tracker and subscribe to the company’s GPS service.

SONIK GPS :

The SonikGPS platform is compatible with Windows computers, Android-based phones and tablets and iOS-based phones and tablets. The app is free to download to your mobile screen, but you’ll need an active SonikGPS tracker plan to use it. The software is designed to work exclusively with Sonik GPS-branded tracker Devices. .

The company offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If a product received in a damaged or defective condition then the return policy is applicable. Sonikshop has a 48 hours return policy which means that you can request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product by you. We are committed to making sure you are totally satisfied with every surveillance product you buy from us and fully confident using each one!

Our Returns Policy—In Short

1. You can return most items for any reason, even if opened.
2. You have 2 days to return your order.
3. You will get an immediate replacement (if item is in stock) or a refund.
4. If your product is defective, the return shipping is free.

Our Returns Policy—The Longer Version

All returns will need a valid RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number on the front of the package or the shipment may be refused by our warehouse. RMAs may be requested by following the link at the bottom of this page.

All returns or exchanges missing contents or with damage to the original box may be refused or may be subject to a 20% restocking fee (i.e. missing/damaged UPC barcodes, missing/damaged manuals, missing/damaged warranties, tape on the manufacturer’s box, etc.).

SonikShop is not liable in any way for returned packages that were lost or damaged during shipment.

No Return/Exchange on the following:

1. Request for return is made after 48 hours of receiving the product by you.
2. Product is used or is not in its original condition.
3. Products are returned without its original packaging, freebies or accessories.
4. Product was damaged after use/opening.
5. Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
6. Product with tampered or missing serial number/IMEI number/UPC number.
7. Missing manufacturer tag.
8. Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
9. GPS tracking service plans are non-refundable.

GPS Service :

All the devices ordered are checked by the Sonik Technology and then parceled with the tracking software credential. Sonik Technology offers 1 year free tracking software solution. You are not required to buy an annual plan for the 1st year. You will be able to reactivate a device’s plan in subsequent years.

Some of the tracking plans include text and/or email alerts when the device leaves a geographic area you have specified. This area is termed a geo-fence. The Sonik GPS platform overlays it’s tracking data on Google Maps. The maps displayed on your computer or mobile screen will show the locations of your tracker or trackers and their speeds over time. You’ll be able to download a variety of custom reports based on your devices’ tracking data. SonikGPS will store your tracking data for one year.

Each Sonik GPS device can be tracked from SonikGPS software running on more than one computer or mobile device at the same time if the account holder shares login and password information with another user.

3. Indemnification :

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, independent contractors, telecommunication providers, and agents, from and against any and all claims, actions, loss, liabilities, expenses, costs, or demands, including without limitation legal and accounting fees, for all damages directly, indirectly, and/or consequentially resulting or allegedly resulting from Your misuse or inability to use the Website, or Your breach of any of these terms and conditions of this Agreement. We shall promptly notify you by electronic mail of any such claim or suit, and cooperate fully (at your expense) in the defense of such claim or suit. If we do not hear from you promptly, we reserve the right to defend such claim or suit and seek full recompense from you.

Billing Errors :

If you believe that you have been billed improperly, please notify Our Customer Service Department immediately. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours after such billing error first appears on any account statement, such fee will be deemed acceptable by you for all purposes, including resolution of inquiries made by your credit card issuer. You release us from all liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any error or discrepancy that is not reported to us within 24 hours of its publication.

Shipping & Customs Fees for International Customers :

When ordering, the recipient agrees to become the importer of record and is obligated to comply with all U.S. and foreign laws and regulations required for the country of import.

All orders shipped internationally can be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees levied by the destination country. As the importer of any goods, the importer is required to pay any duties, taxes, fees or expenses of the import. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the importer. Sonik Technology is not liable for or assumes any responsibility for these fees.

Note: these fees may not be included in any final total as these fees are accessed by the third-party and are not known to Sonik Technology.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Note: Some countries require identification or declaration from the importer. The importer is responsible for providing all necessary documentation to the appropriate authorities.

4. Miscellaneous :

This Agreement and all matters arising out of, or otherwise relating to, this Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India, excluding its conflict of law provisions. Venue for any matter arising from or related to this Agreement shall exist solely and exclusively in India and the parties hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the India of appeals.

In the event any Party shall commence any claims, actions, formal legal action, or arbitration to interpret and/or enforce the terms and conditions of this Agreement, or relating in any way to this Agreement, including without limitation asserted breaches of representations and warranties, the prevailing party in any such action or proceeding shall be entitled to recover, in addition to all other available relief, its reasonable attorneys fees and costs incurred in connection therewith, including attorneys fees incurred on appeal. No waiver of or by the Company shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent default of the same provision of this Agreement. If any term, clause or provision hereof is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity or operation of any other term, clause or provision and such invalid term, clause or provision shall be deemed to be severed from this Agreement.

The Company shall not be responsible for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, such as fire, flood, earthquakes, hurricanes, tropical storms or other natural disasters; war, riot, arson, embargoes, acts of civil or military authority, or terrorism; strikes, or shortages in transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials; failure of the telecommunications or information services infrastructure; hacking, spam, or any failure of a computer, server or software, for so long as such event continues to delay the Companys performance.

All headings are solely for the convenience of reference and shall not affect the meaning, construction or effect of this Agreement. This Agreement constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to Your access and use of the Website and Your ordering and use of the Products, and supersedes and replaces all prior understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matters.
