Order Processing :

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. In case the product you selected is on backorder, you will receive immediate notification and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute the backordered item for another item or cancel the order.

Shipping and Handling :

We offer minimum ground shipping on all orders within the India. For expedited shipping rates please proceed to our shopping cart where you can submit your Name and Address for an instant shipping quote.

Please note that delivery time is subject to the ability of our couriers India to fulfill their delivery schedule. Sonik Technology is not liable for packages that we are not delivered on time because of mishaps or unavoidable delays by our couriers.

Shipping & Customs Fees for International Customers :

When ordering, the recipient agrees to become the importer of record and is obligated to comply with all India and foreign laws and regulations required for the country of import.

All orders shipped internationally can be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees levied by the destination country. As the importer of any goods, the importer is required to pay any duties, taxes, fees or expenses of the import. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the importer and Sonik Technology is not liable for or assuming any responsibility to these fees. Note these fees may not be included in any final total as these fees are accessed by the third-party and are not known to Sonik Technology.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Note: Some countries require identification or declaration from the importer. The importer is responsible for providing all necessary documentation to the appropriate authorities.

Warranty :

A limited product warranty is included free for some of our items. All the Warranty Length is listed on any product page, please call for the information. With an optional Sonik Technology Care Plan you can extend coverage up to 4 additional years. Sonik Technology Care Plan Extended Warranties repair or replace, excluding the shipping charges for the exchange. We additionally offer Lifetime Technical Support on every item.

Return Policy :

Easy 2-Day Returns : Brand New items may be returned or exchanged within 2 Days from date of receiving the product by you .

Sonikshop has a 48 hours return policy which means that you can request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product by you. The customer is responsible for contacting the Sonik Technologies directly for assistance.

GPS Tracking Devices and Counter-Surveillance devices may not be returned due to the one-time nature of their use.

All returns or exchanges missing or with damage to the original box may be refused or may be subject to a 20% penalty fee (i.e. missing/damaged UPC barcodes, missing/damaged manuals, missing/damaged warranties, tape on the manufacturers box, etc.).

We will not accept items back unless they are returned with the original packaging.

Sonik Technology is not liable in any way for returned packages that were lost or damaged during shipment. Please include a copy of your invoice along with a description of all problems you had with the packaged components. You should choose a courier that provides tracking and insurance for your package. We do not reimburse shipping and handling costs incurred by Sonikshop while processing your order, or any shipping costs the customer incurs while returning or exchanging your purchase.

Do I need to return the product in its original box/packaging?
Yes, it is important that the product is sent back in its original packaging, original manufacturer tags, including the box, manufacturers packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered (including any free or complimentary items).

What is the resolution offered in case of returns?

Sonikshop has a smooth pick-up facility in most cases and most cities. However, there can be a few exceptions to this depending upon the shipping address and the nature of the product. Will I have to pay any charges for the returns?
We do not charge extra for returns and all replacements/pickups by us are done free of cost.

Will you refund the courier charges if I send the product back to you at my cost?
Yes, absolutely. You do not have to worry about the courier charges at all. In case, you return the product via courier we advise you to use a reputed courier company which allows online consignment tracking. We will reimburse the courier freight charges @ 10% of your order value (with a minimum of Rs. 100) or a maximum of Rs. 750, whichever is lower. The refund of courier freight charges, if applicable, will be paid through cheque in favour of the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order or by issuing a Sonikgps Gift Certificate/Voucher of the equivalent value. The courier charges will be reimbursed only after receipt of the product by our business partner.

In case sonikgps is not able to collect the product that I wish to return, on which address do I need to courier it?
